Also UBS Arena short 10 min. drive. Green Acres Mall, Resort World Casino and JFK airport are 15 mins. by car. The space This small, newly renovated studio is located in Saint Albans, Queens, NY. Where roadside parking is free 24-7. Parking is also on a first come first serve basis. The space is suited for a couple or a pair of friends visiting the city. Other things to note We have capacity for 2 guests only. No third party booking allowed. For late check out past 1 hour guest(s) will be charged a fee equal to nightly rate. Absolutely No Parties are allowed since it’s an adjacent unit with a family occupying the unit next door. Only paying guest are allowed at the property. If your intention is to invite other non paying guests over then this property is not the right fit for your needs The number of guest is verified during the reservation period and guest will be cancelled ( with a cost) for failure to comply with the rules of the listing
