Easy on/off to the 580 into SF, free street parking, a weekday Transbay bus a block away and BART nearby. The house has all of its vintage charms with the addition of an updated kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, high-speed internet, and beautiful modern gardens. Spacious backyard with grill, dining table, and swing. Other things to note The primary bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed. The second bedroom has a raised full-size bed that is best for an individual or two kids. Dogs are allowed with prior approval only. We love animals and are happy to consider sweet, friendly, stay-off-the-furniture pets for an additional, non-refundable pet fee; unfortunately we aren’t able to allow cats. Pets should not be left alone at the house during your stay.
