Welcome to our home. We are located on the highest point of the Pine Lake Peninsula. Our home is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom house equipped with a beautiful front deck lounge, space to sleep up to 10, beautiful lake views, areas for comfort, relaxation, and fun times with family and friends! Welcome to our home. We are located on the highest point of the Pine Lake Peninsula. Our home is equipped with a beautiful front deck lounge with a wonderful view of the lake, a fire table, lounge chairs, and a large hammock. Inside you will find a comfortable, relaxing living room with a large window, a gas fireplace, and amazon alexas to listen to your favorite music. The kitchen has wonderful stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, gas range and stove, and range hood), and a coffee maker. Our back deck has seating for four as well as a gas grill for cooking out. On the main floor you will also find the office and one of the three bedrooms. This bedroom has a Queen sized bed, plenty of dresser and closet space for all your clothes, and more beautiful views. Upstairs are the Master and Guest bedrooms. In the Master bedroom, you will find a spacious King size bed, 52" LG HDTV. There is also a Queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. The Master bathroom features both a Jacuzzi tub and an overhead rainfall shower head with over 100 streams of water. Finally, you will find a balcony with a beautiful view of the lake, seating for two, and a table to hold your morning coffee. The upstairs Guest bedroom features two Queen size beds, a large amount of storage in dressers and closets for all of your clothes and belongings, and another balcony with seating for two and more beautiful views of the lake. In the basement, you will find comfortable rocker recliner seating for eight and a 65" LG Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Youtube. There is also a sink and counter space to hold your food and drinks while you watch a movie with the family. The front door has keypad entry, so there is no risk of locking yourself out, and you can arrive at any time without having to plan to pick up the house keys. Finally, there is a shared dock where you can park one bot. Pine Lake is wonderful for swimming, boating, fishing, all types of water sports, and of course, relaxing in the sun. If interested, please be sure to let us know ahead of your stay so that we can prepare it for you. All of the main home, except for room that we place our personal items in (located in tbe basement). No access to the garage. We are always readily available by phone, text, or email. There is a maximum of two (possibly three) cars that can be parked at the house as space is limited. Also, you will need to stay in our parking area as the neighbor needs access to his parking area. We would love for you to enjoy your stay. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make it better. Also, please understand that this is a home and not a hotel. We try to provide a wonderful, clean home, but if you feel as though you would be upset because of dust on the top of a tv, a battery missing from a smoke detector that was not noticed (which we would happily replace), or other things such as that (which we completely understand) we kindly ask that you find a different home to book.
