Spacious room on a quiet street close to Shoreditch and City with double bed and shared bathroom The space - selection of teas, coffee and cooking essentials - fresh linen and towels - hairdryer - iron and ironing board - plenty of wardrobe space - good table for working or eating - free parking - smoking not allowed inside flat but allowed on balcony - everything clean and bedding and towels ready upon arrival - quick response to enquiries and questions - one queen bed - plenty of storage - Modern building with excellent insulation - There is a large open plan living room/kitchen with a balcony and washing machine - the flat is facing a quiet courtyard - the bedroom has a desk Guest access Guests have access to the entire flat except for another bedroom During your stay I will be in the flat to answer your questions Other things to note Please note that the flat isn't suitable for parties or large gatherings and noise must be minimal in the evening and at night. I will need to fine anybody having a party in the flat £200 and also put in an official complaint to Airbnb and possibly to the police. I need to be this strict because my neighbours have only given me permission to do short terms lets on condition that I am very strict about parties.
