Ideally located between Ardèche, Vercors and Vallée de la Drôme, this house on a wooded plot of 1600 m2 can accommodate a large family or two families with children! The swimming pool secured by a roller shutter and playgrounds (soccer cage, basketball basket, trampoline, ping pong) will not leave young and old indifferent for a relaxing holiday. The space The accommodation is on one level (except for the laundry room and a studio bedroom on the garden level) and quiet. It has 5 bedrooms with double beds, one with a private bathroom. The path to the house is dead end and uncrowded. Nice walks or mountain biking are possible around the house. The swimming pool is 1.35 m deep, allowing for games and good supervision of the little ones, and is equipped with a summer kitchen. In case of intense heat, fans are available and air conditioning is available in three bedrooms and the living room.
