Our recently renovated, stylish villa with ocean views, a swimming pool and private beach entrance offers full privacy, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and cleaning service. The price includes a unique breakfast in our nearby restaurant (up to 1 min walk on the beach), which also serves exotic drinks, cocktails and the best Zanzibar cuisine for lunch and dinner. The space Our villa has been tastefully decorated in the traditional Swahili style, combining modern style and European luxury with the Zanzibar atmosphere. The rooms are tastefully finished with local art and numerous African accents. The heart of the villa is a stylish living room with an adjacent, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a spacious terrace with access to the garden, private pool and beach. Both the terrace and the balcony offer a beautiful view of the ocean. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and two more on the first floor with a shared balcony. In total, the villa consists of 4 double bedrooms: - a large double room with ocean view - a small double room with ocean view - 2 double rooms overlooking the garden Each room is equipped with air conditioning and a modern ensuite bathroom. The villa is fenced from the beach with a low stone wall and has its own mini beach with comfortable sun loungers and a swimming pool. The price of renting the villa includes a cleaning service, as well as a laundry service for longer stays. The offer includes unique breakfasts served in our POA POA restaurant, just less than a 1-minute walk along the beach. In addition, we can offer you a private chef in the villa or organize a special, one-of-a-kind romantic dinner on the beach or on the terrace, with full service. We provide a private driver and airport transfers on request. Cleaning of rooms and villas is done on request so as not to disturb your privacy. Guest access The entire villa, terrace, balcony, garden, private pool and private entrance to the beach will be at your exclusive disposal.
