Luxury holiday home with plenty of living space -unique-

Welcome to our insanely nice (vacation) house with a large garden. Our house is only for rent when we are on vacation ourselves. So a unique house, which we as a family enjoy every day. The living room downstairs has a modern, open, cozy atmosphere. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The garden has sun all day. We do not rent to young people under the age of 30. Ideal house for two or three couples and families with children. Train station around the corner. You are in 30 min. in Amsterdam. The space The space downstairs has more than 100 m² of living space, with an open, kitchen, several seats and a large dining table. The back is completely made of glass and provides a lot of light in the house. The kitchen is spacious and has 2 ovens, warming drawer, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Quooker, Nespresso. And a separate toilet in the hallway. On the first floor are two spacious bedrooms (king size bed and double bed) and a bathroom with rain shower and sink. And a separate toilet. On the second floor is another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and sink. The sunny and large garden has 3 terraces so you can sit in the sun all day. With the three parasols, you can also create enough shade. It is partly an edible garden with different types of fruit and a vegetable garden. In the summer, you can pick the raspberries and blackberries for your breakfast from the garden. Enjoy your meal! Our house has energy label C. Guest access We use some rooms for our own storage. On the first floor is 1 room for our private use, and on the second floor are two rooms for our private use. The shed is also our storage and is only accessible to our gardener. Minimum age for the main tenant is 30 years. Other things to note Are you a cat lover? They welcome you. We live in this house ourselves with our 2 cats. We have two sweet cats that will keep you company. The only condition is that you feed the cats once a day and that they are allowed to walk freely through the house. So you have to be a cat lover. You are welcome in our house, we expect you to give them a hug from time to time. We record the gas meter and the electricity meter upon arrival and departure. With normal use, of course, no additional costs, with abnormal use we are forced to ask for a small fee. Together we make the environment better!
