The space Sea Holly House is a Granite Townhouse with it's own parking space in central St Ives. It is set over 2 floors and able to sleep 4 people in 2 bedrooms. Being end of terrace, the additional windows on the gable end fill the house with light and a sense of space is maintained throughout. King size bed in bedroom 1 and bunk beds in bedroom 2. The house has gas fired central heating and hot water and en electric over bath shower. Wifi is included and there is a wall mounted Smart TV allowing guests to log into and access their usual streaming services. Rental cost includes car parking space, bed linen, towels and wifi. Please bring own towels for beach use. Guest access Bookings are available Saturday to Saturday during the main summer season into early Autumn. There is a key safe by the front door where keys will be left for access to the house. Travel: St Ives railway station is less than 10 minutes walk from the house. If arriving by car directions can be provided when booking. Other things to note Please respect the 3pm arrival time - the cleaners need time to do their work following the previous guests departure in the morning, and even if it looks as though they have finished, the manager needs to come and inspect and do a final check before the property is ready for you.
