Other features to consider: - You will be provided with a set of keys. - As the house is very well located, the streets can be busy and sometimes noisy. - The back of the house overlooks the back of some of the town's main bars and restaurants. Accommodation: You will appreciate my house for its comfort, space and brightness. It sleeps 8 people and has 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other 2 upstairs. To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal: Ground floor: - A bright living room including: a large sofa, TV, audio system and a large dining table with 8 chairs. - A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the courtyard. - The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, hob, extractor fan, coffee machine and cooking utensils. - A cupboard with washing machine and cleaning products. - Separate toilet. - One bedroom with a double bed (140cm). First floor: - A bedroom with two bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, washbasin and WC. - A storage cupboard. - A second bedroom with a king-size bed and a small south-facing balcony. - A bathroom with washbasin and shower cubicle.
