Sweet little home on the water with fire place

10 minutes by car/20 minutes by bike from city center Hoorn, and 35 minutes from downtown Amsterdam. Public transportation is close by and takes you all over The Netherlands (with night bus to and from Amsterdam). This is a newly renovated, waterfront, private home with an amazing view and offers rest, nature, lots of coziness by the fireplace and plenty of activities in surrounding cities. Along bike and walk trails, swimming, kayak rental, Winery and coffee/beer houses. Come enjoy it all... The space A sweet little home on the water overlooking the countryside. We love the quiet and sights of nature. Our home is lovely for one or two people and has everything you need. From a full kitchen, a beautiful, open space bathroom, a lovely living room with a fireplace, to a comfy king-size bed in the one bedroom. In the summer, the living space will extend to the outdoor space. Guest access You will have the property to yourself, and it is very private. You can park your car in the driveway, and your bikes in the garage. You'll enter the property using a key lockbox. Other things to note Hoorn has lots of activities, festivals, and a weekly market (all year round on Saturday and during the summer also on Wednesdays). The beach is only a 5-minute car ride or a 15-minute bike ride away. The beach has lots of activities as well (yoga circle, soccer and volleyball fields, and workout equipment), and, of course, on a hot summer day, the water will offer much relief. Be sure to visit the beach pavilion on either side of the boulevard for a drink, your lunch, or dinner.
