With the reservation of the apartment you have the option to rent, for the same days of the stay and with additional cost, a 2010 JEEP CHEROKEE Vehicle in perfect condition, for use within the Greater Caracas Area and nearby areas. The space The apartment is very spacious, cool and bright, with a beautiful view of the city. It has full kitchen utensils, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, as well as bed and bathroom linen. It's an ideal apartment for long stays. For your convenience, it has 2 Smart TVs, internet access through Fiber Optics of more than 200 Mbps, ideal for telecommuting and digital nomads. It also has a 4-hour UPS, so you have an internet connection in the event of a massive power failure. It has air conditioning, a split in the 18,000 BTU room and a 15,000 BTU laptop for the living room. If you turn on both and close the windows, you will have a very cool atmosphere throughout the apartment. As you may have heard, Venezuela has some problems with the water supply, however, the apartment has a 320-liter Auxiliary Water Tank that covers the daily needs for 2 people, without problems. You only need to fill it at least a couple of times during any of the building's 3 service hours. The Los Naranjos area is residential, quiet and peaceful. However, the apartment is within walking distance of the Galerías Mall, so you will have easy access to a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, gyms, and sports complexes.
