BEDROOM & BATHS This single-level home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Find quiet privacy and your own direct access to the patio & pool on the inviting master bedroom, furnished with a stately king bed and a 50” Smart flat-screen TV. A massive walk-in closet connects to the en-suite bathroom featuring a dual vessel sink and glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The guest wing can be shut off from the remainder of the house. This is where the second bedroom is, outfitted with a King bed, a 50" Smart TV and direct access to the yard with water views. The gorgeous guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and it is shared with the third bedroom featuring two queen beds. OUTDOOR LIVING Step outside to take in the ocean breeze on your private 90’ waterfront canal dock, featuring 4 chairs for conversation and s'mores beneath the stars, and a fishing table for fishing enthusiasts. Your private backyard oasis was built with entertaining in mind. Feel the sea breeze on your morning yoga, spend blue-sky days floating in the heated pool or working on your suntan on the loungers. Watch the game on the Cabana, complete with a 50” TV, lounge seating for 5 and a dining table for 6. Speaking of entertainment – enjoy the massive wooden Jinga set, or a game of bags on the spacious patio and greenspace. When the sun sets, fire up the grill with the day's catch and dine al fresco with the views of the intercoastal. After returning from the beach or day at the park, you’ll appreciate the additional front lounging area and outside shower for your sandy feet and beach toys! EXTRA AMENITIES Fast internet speed and 2 Wi-fi extenders guarantee excellent coverage throughout the property. Complimentary use of beach gear: 8 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas,8 beach/pool towels, cooler and beach cart. Other guest amenities include a complimentary starter supply of snacks & beverages, toiletries, cleaning supplies, free YouTube TV, Washer/Dryer, Bluetooth Sonos Stereo Parking is ample in the private driveway that accommodates up to 6 cars. Please note that use of the garage is not open to guests. No street parking allowed. Guest access The whole house (with the exception of the Garage) is for the sole use of guests. Other things to note There is a $60/day additional charge to use the dock. No boat trailer parking allowed at the home. Boat trailer parking and boat launch is available at Lake Park Marina. It is first come, first served (no reservations) and you can pay from their app. Boats over 30 feet are prohibited. Longer boats may be acommodated upon request. Street parking is not allowed per HOA rules. Driveway only (up to 5 cars). No access to garage. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Upon booking, we require a copy of the lead guest’s drivers license. Absolutely no noise after 10pm outside. No parties or gatherings of more than 12 guests total at the home allowed. (Max of 8 guests overnight) Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels—not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Signing the Rental agreement & Dock/Pool Waiver is required for all reservations, no exceptions. A copy of the Dock waiver can be found in the house rules Owner’s Boat – Not for Guest Use: A privately owned boat is docked year-round. Please don’t board or touch it.
