Large kitchen with quality appliances including dishwasher and large oven / cook top. Large main bathroom. En suite to main bedroom. Third separate toilet. Beds for 13 people, (incl. 3 floor mattresses) plus sofa bed. Note: For those with crawling children, please note that there are multiple stairs in this house (see photos). As such, child barriers should be brought for crawling children and toddlers. There is a portable cot available at the house. Guest access Separate studio and garage building currently not accessible. This separate detached building may be rented out separately in the future. That building is not attached to the main dwelling and has a separate parking space. The rest of the property is entirely usable. Other things to note The property is not available for large groups of more than 10 separate individuals to rent the property. Larger family groups are fine. We also have had to limit the number of cars to 4. There is also strictly a no party policy (including no bucks/hens weekends). Strictly no fires allowed (there is a fire pit next to garage).
