I will be delighted to welcome you in my charming colored apt in the 10th for 6p. It is on the 1st floor without elevator. My apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with a large glass roof, bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds and a bathroom. Some rooms and the bathroom are in mezzanine.Metro 3-4-5-7-8-9, 1 The space My atypic historic loft has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. It has been decorated with lots of souvenirs from our travels and retro design objects we love. We wanted to bring color and warmth to this authentic voluminous artist’s atelier from 19th century with original glass roof providing a lot of light. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are accessible by two separate stairs. A large window brings light into the large bedroom upstairs. This may require a supplement to your stay of 70 eur minimum for 3 hours and 200 euros for up to 6 additional hours. For check-out after 16:00 the following night will be charged. For your comfort, the time slots can be adapted with the heating at 21°C (70°F) managed remotely. The flat has a connected gas and electricity meter with remote access to daily consumption. Excessive consumption may be billed extra. Guest access A welcomer from the Wehost team will greet you in front of the building at the scheduled time, hence the importance of scheduling your arrival time with us, at least 24 hours before your arrival. Travelers will have access to the entire accommodation.
