**This is a private room with shared home/bathroom** -->LGBTQ+ friendly HORSE AND CATTLE FARM. 80 acres of rolling farmland, You’ll have amazing views anywhere you turn. This country getaway sits in the perfect area, just 20 minutes from downtown Knox and 35 minutes from Pigeon Forge. We’re excited to share our home with you! The space Game room and bathroom are SHARED areas. * 12 Steps required to get to room. Kitchen not available for guest use Guest access Washer/dryer available on property Also the first Sunday of every month(April-Dec) there’s a youth rodeo that takes place ON the property and guests get in for FREE! Kitchen not available for guest use During your stay We LOVE to socialize with the guests, we hope to make lots of new friends along the way Other things to note This is a private room with shared spaces. The shared spaces include the game room, (pool table/ping pong table, dart board, board games, etc.) living area with tv (Netflix and Hulu available). The bathroom is also shared with one other room that is Airbnb’d. My dog, Jack(toy poodle), and cat, Ellie share the common area. With this being said if you have dog/cat allergies (even though we keep everything spotless) you might want to reconsider booking.
