Enjoy a quiet moment in the city center of Avignon! In a small, quiet and well-maintained building (4 lots), you just have to put your suitcases in this 52 m² apartment with mezzanine. The home can accommodate up to 4 people. At your disposal: air conditioning, WIFI, YouTube, Netflix, towels, bed linen... and everything you need to cook! The space On the ground floor: - Entrance with storage - Living room: flat screen TV, comics, books, board games, comfortable sofa bed. - Dining room: Table with extension, coffee corner. - Kitchen: equipped with stove, oven, fridge-freezer, storage, dishes. - Bathroom: Towels available, storage. Hair dryer, iron, umbrella Upstairs (mezzanine): - Reading area (under construction, scheduled for June) - Bedroom area with comfortable queen size bed (160 x 200) and bedding available - 2 racks + 1 dresser for storage. A little extra, we provide you with a courtesy box with dolce gusto coffee pods, nescafé pods, tea pods and herbal teas. From 3 nights we offer you a bottle of Provence rosé. Other things to note You will be welcomed by a local resident who will accompany you in your installation and share some good tips :-) Flexible check-in but I won't stay up every night until 3 a.m. to welcome everyone. So 8 p.m. is the LATEST for check-in, thank you.
