It is a Very Quiet, Non "Through Street" with St. Vrain Greenway Bike Path along the Lefthand Creek right across the Street. I have two Loaner Bikes available. We have a New Lucky's Natural Market Coming on August 1, right near Big Lots & Mod Market. Nearby Gas Stations with Cheapest Gas nearby, Cafes, Restaurants, Mexican Deli, Post Office, Hardware store, Banks, Drugstore, etc. Plenty of Free Parking for small or large vehicles. St. Vrain Parkway goes all the Way to Boulder by Bikepath in a half hour or more bikeride. Bicycles available for Rent with Locks. $5 a day, $15 a week or $40 a month or Karma Yoga Trade. Nearby Bus Stop to Surrounding Towns. 10 minutes by Car to Niwot, 20 minutes to Downtown Boulder, 18 Min. to Lafayette or Louisville, 45 Min. to Denver & Ft. Collins. There is a Rec Center right down the Street. I have Guest Passes available for a Small Fee of $3.75 or $30 a month when available. Swimming Pool with Slides, Indoor Running Track, Jacuzzi tub, Dry & Wet Saunas, Pilates/Yoga and other Fitness Classes, Weight Room & Climbing Wall all located at Longmont Rec Center, less than a mile away down the Bike Path. Guest access All Rooms: Private rented Space with Shared bath with One other. Access to 2nd Half Bathroom ONLY if agreed upon at rental. The 2 Flex Rooms only have a Private Cooler with Icepacks in the Room. There are some amenities that can be used in the common washroom; Hot pot, Mini Bullet blender, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, etc. NO FULL Kitchen Privileges with Kitchen prep sink. The owners full kitchen is her own Private kitchen and it’s not shared on Airbnb. There is a designated, sterile Dishwashing area on the right side of the sink in the Washroom with kitchen sponges & dish liquid. On the left side of the sink is the handwashing area with hand soap, hand sanitizer & counter sponge. * * If you don’t feel comfortable with this arrangement, a BusTub is provided as a Service to you for difficult items to wash. Please Contact me first by Phone to arrange a Check In Meet & Greet Time, especially IF other than Noon - 4pm. FYI: You will not be Officially Checked in with Jeanette, the Host until you Meet with her at the Check-In Appt. and go over House Rules. During your stay I am available by phone and in Person for Check In and Texts during certain arranged hours. I Prefer to have a Text or Phone conversation first to make arrangements to meet for Check In. I can sometimes arrange a pick up from Airport or Bus station. In either case, I will be home to Greet you & do Check-In, show you around & give you Key & Instructions to the House & Amenities as well as show you around the Neighborhood... either by Maps or In-Person if time permits. Often we will share a Meal, Kombucha or Tea & Conversation. Other things to note There is a Sweet, Playful Kitty in the house but she does not go into upstairs rooms to enter the Large Bedroom, Hardwood Floors or the Purple Room. She may enter Main Bathroom for Litterbox. Mostly, she uses backyard in Daytime. She eats a hypoallergenic diet as well. For Mild Cat Allergies, a House Homeopathic Remedy is available. Please be careful to not let the Kitty OUTSIDE after dark.
