Rustic Cottage in the Canyon

Enjoy the wilderness of CO just a short drive (or long walk) to town. The space This rustic little cottage sits right next to the creek on 6 acres of wilderness. You have access to hiking trails with no need to drive and a lodge with live music and drinks a short walk up the creek. The home is older and we are in the process of giving it the tlc it deserves, so please excuse some repairs in process. There is a full size bed in the attic loft, futon style couch in the “bedroom” on the main floor, pull out sofa in the main living room, and an air mattress for extra sleeping space. Guest access You will have access to the whole house while here and free to explore the property. Other things to note My cat, Billy, will be staying at the house while you are here, so please give him some space at first and if you desire he will likely come check you out and ask for some love. He is a garden cat and enjoys going outside. ***Previously we had issues with him not being able to get to the restroom and so he is now using a litter box to prevent accidents during your stay.
