DISCOUNT: multi-day, weekly, monthly stays before 5/15/26. This comfortable family vacation let is perfect for walking and biking safely on the quiet streets and wooded and waterfront nature trails. Bring your kayaks or launch your boat from our ramp for an excursion down Herring Creek to the Rehoboth Bay. A seasonal community center with a salt-water pool (ten passes included) is a short walk away on a wooded path. A short drive delivers you to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The space ** Linens included. Bring your own blankets and beach/pool towels. ** Ten pool passes included during pool season. THE Salty Beach Love Family Home is a two-story home with wood floors and plantation shutters throughout. Sleep in the first floor Queen bedroom, or three Queen bedrooms upstairs, one of which also has four single bunks. Fully equipped kitchen, open to Family Room with adjoining reading room. All new major kitchen appliances. Coffee bar with espresso machine & coffee bean grinder. Wok, roasting pan. Hot cake griddle. Air fryer. Dining room seats up to twelve. Cleaning by a professional cleaning service, followed by an inspection by the hosts. Backyard patio with sectional seating and dining area with propane grill. Gas fire pit with chairs. Circular driveway for 3 to 4 vehicles. Parking for a boat or trailer in front. Wifi with 70” HD TV ready for your streaming platforms. 32” HD TV in Bunk Room with Roku for video streaming or your video gaming platform. Short walk on trail (0.2 mi) through forest to pool and community center. ~ Although we welcome families with children and those with special needs and/or disabilities, we do not claim the home to be child-safe or disability accessible. Please make your own judgement as to whether our property meets your group's needs for child safety and/or disability accommodation. Property is available for longer-term rentals from October through May. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and yard. Included on the backyard patio is table that sets 8, sofa and coffee table, BBQ, and gas fire pit with seating. * Corn hole yard game. * Beach equipment: 8 beach chairs, beach cart, beach umbrella, beach toys. * String crabbing supplies. BYOCN — Bring your own chicken necks. The community amenities include : * A salt-water pool with life guards is open on weekends, beginning the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, until opening daily in mid-June through late August. After that, the pool will be open weekends through Labor Day. * Ten seasonal pool passes. * Tennis/pickle ball, basketball, and bocce courts. * Horseshoe court. * Children’s wading pool. * Children’s playground. * BBQ and picnic tables at community center. * Boat launch ramp (fee). * Three crabbing docks. * Three miles of trails in forest. * One-half mile of waterfront trail. * Kayak launch (no fee) Other things to note LINENS: PROVIDED: Basic linen package: (pillow cases, sheet sets, towels and washcloths). Beds made by guests. PROVIDED: Pillows (two for each queen and one for each single bed) and mattress covers for each bed. NOT PROVIDED: blankets and beach/pool towels. Use of INDOOR GAS FIREPLACE not included. ^^^ Ghost-booking not allowed, per AirBnB rules. That is, the guest booking the property must be present and occupy the property throughout the rental period. Our neighborhood association asks us to register the names of all guests with them. They request your names, home address, phone number, emergency contact information, and auto license tag number(s) and the State of registration. We will need this registration information promptly, and at least the day before the first rental day. Our HOA requires that the guest who made the reservation sign the HOA registration form before occupying the property, acknowledging that they have received the community rules and regulations. ID of all adult guests may be required at check-in or during the rental period. Only guests listed on the HOA registration form permitted on property, unless previously authorized. Violation of rules may result in immediate voiding of the rental without refund, and eviction. If you choose to bring a watercraft, there is a boat launch ramp available for renters to utilize while visiting. A boat launch permit (fee) is required. An application form needs to be completed in advance and will be provided to you by the hosts upon request at the time of reservation in order to process the application in a timely manner. Return the application to the hosts along with a check for the appropriate amount. Your boat will then be registered by the hosts at the main office for a daily use fee of $10 per day or $50 per week. While the craft can be docked in the common area, it will be required to be removed from the water each day. You may park the boat/trailer in the accommodation driveway and in the marina parking lot while the boat is in the water. If you bring kayaks, there's a designated launch area for them. Please contact hosts if you would like to reserve for more than 1 week in the summer. Returning guests may contact the hosts to arrange a discount.
