Home in Farmington

We have a Bedroom with shared bath for one male guest. Upstairs access to kitchen, laundry, and home-office. Nice yard. 5 min to UConn Med (40 min walk). It is in a shared home with two or three other males on the floor. Kitchen privileges available. Microwave coffee-maker, fridge & freezer are downstairs. Sam, cute spaniel, is occasionally in kitchen; never in your room. This is for out-of-state guests. Yes, late check-in is fine, until 3am if your flight gets in late. The space 10' x 16' plus closet space with a twin bed. Window looks southwest through the porch that abuts the room. Guest access All the home except others' Bedrooms is accessible. Jean, the house caregiver, is very accessible though. Another guest is down the open hall, but in over five years, only two guests have been troubled by the other's noise. Other things to note Parking is in back, and we use the entrance at the back.
