Way better than two hotel rooms. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly house. Beach bungalow with a pool and only one block from the beach. Enjoy water view from the front deck. Grill out poolside or enjoy relaxing by the gas fire pit at night. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. Sleeps six people (two) queen beds and livingroom couch converts into (two) single beds. Walk to the beach and restaurants. Be totally self-contained in your own private beach cabana. Guest access We provide you with sheets and bedding for each bed, 1 bath towel/per guest , 1 wash cloth/per guest, bathroom hand towels and kitchen towels. We also provide starters such as a roll of paper towels, Toliet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), garbage bags, dish washer pods, and hand and dish soap. If the starters are used up, you are responsible to provide your own for the duration of your stay. Other things to note We are pet friendly and love all breeds equally. However this is a residential neighborhood and we request that only small to medium size non-aggressive dogs reside at the property with their owners. This is for the safety and wellbeing of both the pet and the neighborhood. Thank you for your understanding, if you could please include a photo of your dog upon booking we would much appreciate it! We have a monthly pest control service that comes out to inspect and spray a safe, non toxic bug spray to maintain the health and well being of all of our guests. They come monthly, this may or may not occur during your stay. We have weekly pool maintenance, they come through the back gate treat the pool and leave (takes about 19 mins) We have lawn care every 10-14 days, they come through the back gate, cut and leave (takes about 45 mins) You will have the following items to help you feel at home: 1 roll of paper towels 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom garbage bags dishsoap dishwasher pods laundry pods hand soap Sponge After you use what we have supplied you, it is up to you to purchased whatever else you may need for you stay. Coverlets for all beds Sheets for all beds one towel/wash cloth per guest hand towels for bathroom and kitchen. We understand accidents happen, we provide our own linens, they are inspected by our linen team and cleaning team before and after each guest. If the linens are damaged during your stay you will be charged the following per item: Bath towels $5 (each) Fitted sheet: $5 (each) Flat sheet: $5 (each) Pillow cases: $3 (each) Coverlets: $20 (each) Mattress toppers/protector: $20 (each). We appreciate you, please treat our home like your own! This year we are happy to offer beach towel bundles and a beach bag. This is NOT included in your linen and cleaning fee, so if you choose to use them you must wash, dry and fold them prior to checking out. We hope you enjoy! There will be a $10 (per towel) charge for any dirty or stained beach towels and $20 (per towel) for any missing beach towels.
