She raised her family here and made the island her home. And she has several works of art in the property that remind her of her native Spain, which is also the source of our national heritage. When we told her that we thought we might name the property Lady from Spain her face lit up with pride, she smiled and quietly said “Eso está bien.” “That’s good.” Guest access Guests have full access to: • The entire apartment and its private balcony with ocean views. • A 25-meter freshwater pool and a children’s splash area. • The building’s basketball court. • Direct access to Isla Verde Beach. • Underground secure parking for one car. • Flexible check-in any time after 3PM, and check-out by 10AM. • Keys will be provided on-site. We will supply the lock box code before guest arrival, on day of checkin. • A house book with local recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and grocery shopping is provided in the property. Additional Note: Taxi from the airport to the property costs approximately $20. Other things to note • Minimum age for the primary renter is 25 years. Are you under 25? Ask, you may qualify for a waiver. • We need to know our guests. So once you book, we will need from you: Contact details (phone number and email). Valid photo ID with address.
