Full kitchen, washer/dryer, large bath/shower, and a modern gas fireplace that's perfect for warming up after a day on the trails, seashore or Mt. Washington. A/C in summer, two 50" smart tv's (living room/bedroom). 2 Adults max, but there’s a pullout for kids. The space Our carriage house has self-check-in via a private entrance with parking, and a patio. It is located in a fully private area well separated from our primary residence. The space has been designed to have a modern, yet cozy Scandi vibe with french doors opening onto the terrace for optimal inside/outside, spring/summer living. A rare pet-friendly space, thoroughly cleaned after each guest visit. It features a queen bed, as well as a pull-out sofa (a double). A full size gas fireplace keeps the space nice and cozy throughout the autumn, winter and spring. Parking is located just beside the guest house. Full kitchen. Full bath/shower with washer and dryer. Coffee/tea and basic seasonings are supplied. There is a comfortably furnished, fully private, large outdoor patio with a secure, pad-locked bike shed. There is one parking spot for a car in the laneway right outside your gate. Additional free parking available on the street.
