Whether you are looking for a relaxing place to read a book, kayak in Lake George, or explore Coastal GA~ this is just the place for you! We are located between Savannah and Jekyll Island. The space This coastal property is located between Savannah and Jekyll Island on the east coast of Georgia. Easy access from the Savannah International Airport on I-95 brings you to the spot in 35 minutes. Historic Savannah, Tybee Island, Hunter Army Airfield, and Fort Stewart are near as well. Guest access An inground, saltwater pool with a lovely waterfall is located steps away from your back door. Relax in the loungers to soak up the sun as you watch a multitude of local birds fly by peacefully. There is a 10-foot umbrella if the sun is too hot. The marvelous view can also be enjoyed as you sit on the Adirondack chairs or porch swing around the firepit. On the same back porch, you will find a gas grill and table for dining. If you are in the mood to have a drink at a high-top table, we have a colorful spot for that too! This area has a t.v. for watching sporting events or an evening movie. A community dock is located steps from the property and offers a perfect place to watch the sunsets. The dock has built in benches, or you might choose to take the stadium chairs down and sit on the floating dock. A small "wine" picnic basket is available to use (located under the indoor bar) if you like to enjoy cocktails near the water! If you are a morning person, sunrises are spectacular from your two-person private table on the front porch. For a mid-day break, guests may choose the rocking chairs overlooking the yard. The neighborhood offers the quintessential coastal feeling. As you walk down the street, live oaks filled with moss move in the gentle breeze. Lake George is within walking distance (1/2 mile) from the property. The huge lake area offers picnic tables, a long walking/biking trail, and the opportunity to fish the day away.
