Welcome to our coastal retreat! Perfectly situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Banana River, this bright, modern home offers stunning sunrise and sunset views from the balcony. Just a two-minute walk to the beach, you can relax by the new saltwater pool or explore three great local restaurants, all within a five-minute stroll. Stylish yet laid-back, our open-concept space is the perfect getaway for relaxation and adventure. The space This house is a two-story home with vaulted ceilings for a very open and bright atmosphere. The first floor consists of two bedrooms both leading to the backyard and the pool, one bathroom with a walk-in shower and a laundry room. The second floor has the kitchen, dining & living room, balcony, master bedroom and en suite. BALCONY This is the best hangout place with a spectacular view. Enjoy having your coffee in the morning and drinks at night enjoying the sunset. KITCHEN This modern and stylish open plan kitchen allows you to enjoy beautiful views and take in the dining and living area and balcony so you don’t miss a thing when preparing meals. We have stainless steel appliances, quartz counter and an 8 foot island that seats four people comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with many utensils and appliances. In addition to our coffee maker we have a Nespresso machine. We also provide coffee, pods, cream and sugar to get you started. LIVING ROOM Sink into our deep-seated feather down couch while still enjoying views from our 16’ wide sliding glass doors and watch TV on a 65”screen. DINING ROOM Snuggle on to our bench seating with multiple pillows or sit at one of our comfortable dining chairs. Great views again are enjoyed when eating. BEDROOMS All bedrooms are provided with high-end linens, four pillows and extra lights on the wall. All the rooms also have smart TVs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and also enjoys beautiful views when the double doors are left open. One of the downstairs bedroom’s has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has a twin bed that converts to a king size bed. BATHROOMS The bathroom downstairs features a spacious 4 x 6 shower with walk-in entry and a floating cabinet. The en suite bathroom also features a large shower with a bench, quartz counter with his and her sinks and a make up vanity in between. Both bathrooms are equipped with towels, hand towels, washcloths, make up washcloth, hairdryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. LAUNDRY ROOM We provide a washer and dryer and detergent for your benefit. Please do not use fabric softener as we provide dryer balls which is better for the towels, linens and the environment. We also provide a place to dry your beach towels in the laundry room. OUTDOORS Enjoy grilling and dining on a very new big patio. POOL There is no specific security measures for children, please watch your children and use pool at your own risk. Our saltwater pool has a depth range from 3 ‘6” to 5’ and the sun deck is approximate 18”. There is no diving into the pool. No glassware near pool. We provide outdoor plastic glasses and dinnerware. There are pool alarms on all doors leading to the pool area. You need to press the Bypass button on the alarm located next to the door, when ENTERING or EXITING the house (or the alarm will set off ). If the alarm is tripped just press the bypass button to disarm it. ENHANCED CLEANING We are committed to a strict cleaning code. We have one of the best cleaners in Cocoa Beach. Our cleaners provide a high level of quality and detail to our house for our guests to enjoy. *NOTE We greatly appreciate your care of our home and understand that accidents may happen. This is why we have provided you with a cleaning solution under the kitchen sink to help with any such incidents.
