Colorado Springs' Westside is where all the sights, attractions and natural beauty are located. Enjoy quick access to the city’s best restaurants, stores and coffee shops. You will be just down the road from Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Downtown, Manitou Springs and close to great walking and hiking trails! The space Tiny homes are all the rage right now! Stay in your very own now. The house features a little over 300 ft.² of room (about 10 feet wide by approximately 30 feet long). It is remarkably spacious inside, with the amenities and location to make it a favorite stay on your next voyage. Sleeping Arrangements: 1 Bedroom with Queen Bed, front room has comfy sofa (non-pullout) for additional sleeping (linens provided). Twin air mattress available with advance notice. Pet friendly! Kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, single burner electric hot plate, coffee maker complete with coffee and tea, spices, dishes, utensils and cookware for simple cooking, mini fridge with mini freezer. Cottage also has: BBQ with patio area and table, hairdryer, ‘smart’ Roku TV with sound bar (Wi-Fi linked, just log into your own Netflix or favorite app or watch local channels via over the air antenna, Note: I don’t have true cable, but tons of Roku TV channels and free movies available), a designated pet relief area. We have installed a privacy curtain to the front family room and a frosted door to bedroom. It's a funky old cottage! Dog/Cat Friendly! Maximum of 2, friendly and well behaved pets are welcome for an additional fee. Pet fee is applied per night by AirBnb. NO mixes or breeds which contain any portion of pit bull, German shepherd, Rottweiler, or Dalmatian are not allowed, no exceptions due to insurance requirements.
