Have - 3 large bedrooms complete with fans & air conditioning - 3 bathrooms - Large living room + fan - Large dining room The amenities are as below: 1. Kitchen & cooking utensils 2. Washing machine 3. Refrigerator 4. NJOI TV Broadcast NOTE: 1. BBQ, utensils & charcoal place (Additional RM50). It is not allowed to bring own set BBQ. 2. Parking is not allowed in front of the homestay, only to pick up/drop off passengers/belongings 3. Parking for visitors is provided in the area nearby 4. We will give the house 1 @ 2 depending on vacancy (Houses 1 & 2 are same, SemiD side by side - refer pictures) 5. The swimming pool will be shared with all visitors of the homestay Akt Harmoni Rumah 1/2/3 - Near Tg Bidara beach (3 min train ride) - Near Kem Terendak - 5 min log base beach - 15 minutes to the town of Masjid Tanah Beds provided 3 queen beds for 6 people visitors. But we allow a max of 12 visitors at a time because it has a very large space. Make sure you see the photos provided and avoid misunderstandings. 😊😊 WARNING !! For extra visitors, we do not provide extra mattresses/pads/pillows. Visitors should bring their own for your comfort. Other things to note REMINDER ️1. No animals allowed in the homestay 2. No noise allowed after 11pm 3. It is not allowed to cook non-halal food 4. Bath towels are not provided 5. Extra mattresses & pillows are not provided but can bring your own 6. No parking in front of the neighbor's house 7. For families / singles of the same sex only 8. Late-night parties are prohibited to maintain the tranquility of the neighbors
