Enjoy a cozy stay in this traditional bungalow which features a large private yard located minutes away from Baptist hospital, UAMS, St Vincent hospital, & UALR. It's also 5-10 minutes from shopping & 15 minutes from Downtown. The home is walking distance from Boyle Park; which offers hiking trails, bike trails, & creeks great for fishing all while nestled in a green forest. Extremely fast internet & smart tv’s are provided. The space *No Parties or Smoking allowed *If you a traveler that’s extremely critical of minor cosmetics related to the home then this is not a good fit for you. If you need a comfortable place to relax then this may be a good fit for you. *Tesla Super charging station and outlet mall is 5 mins from the home. *River -10 minute drive The home is a traditional style house with an older feel. It is not a modern home. This is a value home and is priced accordingly. The home sits on two lots offering an ample amount of privacy and space. It is equipped with key-less entry, an alarm, high-speed internet, a jet tub, a washer & a dryer, and a small home gym. The master bed room has a king size bed. There is a queen sized sofa bed in the living room.The other bedroom has a full size bed. The second bathroom, washer & dryer and gym is located in the basement. The steps leading to the basement are steep. You may enjoy the entire property during your stay. The outside of the home is monitored with cameras. Coffee is provided during your stay for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped and has the following: ceiling fan, stove, microwave, pots and pans, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, and a tea kettle. The kitchen has a new refrigerator and dishwasher. There’s a large TV in the family room and TV’s in all bedrooms. HighSpeed Internet, local channels, and Firesticks are also provided. You may use the Firestick to access YOUR personal Netflix, and Hula account, etc. Traveling nurses and Contractors that need to stay for longer periods please send a request. No Smoking/vaping in the home and no parties/events are prohibited. If found doing so there will be a $25.00 per person fee added for each person dwelling on the premises. There is a $250.00 smoking fee if there is a presence of smoke. There are devices installed that send alerts to the host if smoke is present. The home is professionally cleaned. 100% of the cleaning fee goes to the cleaning staff. Guest access You may access the entire home. Please refrain from accessing the hallway closet. Other things to note This is an older home and the doors are original therefore the restroom door is sometimes difficult to close completely at times. The home is not perfect so there may be some imperfections. Please know that the home isn’t modern but a more traditional feel. The dishwasher and refrigerator are new. The home is on a lot surround by foliage and a ditch in the rear. Please do not leave the door open or windows at an extended time to avoid insects etc. from coming into the home. The home is inspected prior to guest arrival and immediately after guest departure. The neighborhood is an older neighborhood and the roads are narrow on some streets. The trash is picked up once a week therefore the trash may be full at times.
