The Villa, which can accommodate up to 10 people, has a beautiful lawn with an oven and barbecue in front of the entrance and a large veranda with a panoramic view of the Gulf, where you can spend pleasant evenings in absolute tranquility or with friends. The Villa is located about 900 meters from the charming town of Cannigione , a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast, about a quarter of an hour by car from Palau and the ferry boarding to the island of La Maddalena, with the possibility of magnificent boat excursions in the Archipelago of the Marine Natural Park of La Maddalena. The property, present for the daily maintenance of the pool and garden, will always be available to provide any information for wonderful boat trips, tasty culinary experiences, fun sports and recreational activities, unforgettable local, natural and archaeological attractions. The villa has a private covered parking area that leads to a garden with access to the rented rooms: a large and bright living room with a large and comfortable sofa with a peninsula, a large LED TV screen, a large designer dining table (not removable except by the owner as it is very heavy and delicate), a furnished veranda with a splendid view of the Gulf, with an adjoining equipped kitchen, characterised by a large and comfortable steel worktop, and a splendid blue enamelled kitchen stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, an electric and ventilated oven, four-burner stove, microwave and grill, and a column fridge. The villa has a total of 6 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms (10 beds in all double or, on advance request, single). The beds, complete with elegant sheets and blankets, have high-quality Dorelan mattresses, which are very comfortable and spacious. Each bedroom is equipped with a set of towels (large, medium and small, plus a pool towel) and has its own private bathroom and air conditioning. All rooms are furnished in an elegant and bright minimalist style, very welcoming and functional, and are equipped with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, minibar, hairdryer, safe, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and LED TV. From the kitchen, you can directly access the veranda overlooking the sea and the pool, so you can eat meals directly and comfortably on the veranda after preparing them. The Villa is not recommended for children as it has dangerous spaces. They must be visually checked to prevent injury, especially in outdoor open spaces and in the pool. There is no lifeguard. Smoking is prohibited in the Villa, except outdoors and, in any case, taking care to extinguish the cigarette butt and throw it in the dry waste bin. You are required to separate your waste and not to throw anything in the toilets, nor waste oils in the kitchen drains to protect the environment. We recommend the sparing use of water, as it is a precious resource in Sardinia, especially in summer, as the Villa, among other things, does not have a connection to the municipal aqueduct, but an independent well. There are cats around the villa. Please do not take them into the house or feed them, as other guests may not like their presence. Guest access It is advisable to move by car /motorcycle. Public transport is not advisable. Parking is free and very convenient. There are so many experiences you can have: from taking beautiful walks on the hill to spending wonderful days by boat among the beautiful natural inlets that characterize northern Sardinia. There are white beaches or of various colors and conformation and you will find multiple opportunities for diving in the beautiful seabed of the Coast . There are also nature trails of different levels (easy for beginners or more tiring for experts ), to be done on foot or by bicycle, as well as climbing between the wonderful and very particular Sardinian rocks. The villa is surrounded by nature about a kilometer from Cannigione, a charming town on the sea of the Gulf of Arzachena. Its strategic position allows you to move easily to reach the major sites of tourist interest, natural and archaeological of Gallura, including the magnificent islands of the Natural Park of the archipelago of La Maddalena. Ten minutes by car you can reach the beautiful and large beach of "Mannena" or the "Barca Bruciata swimming pools". In 15 minutes you can reach Palau. The access road to the Villa is winding and uphill, since the property is located on the hill and overlooks the Gulf of Arzachena, but anyway the road is paved . The villa is about 35 minutes from the airport and the port of Olbia. The Villa has independent access, free covered parking and living room and kitchen for exclusive use. To move the precious dining table in the living room, you need to contact the property and it is absolutely forbidden to proceed independently, so as not to break it, as it is very delicate and expensive. You must have a means of transport (car or motorcycle) to be able to move freely and easily in the area. The access road is uphill, but still paved. The pool is heated in spring and autumn (from April to October/November), depending on the weather conditions. It is forbidden to dive into the pool as the height is 1.40 and there is no lifeguard. Cooling and heating are provided by air conditioners in all rooms. The Villa is not recommended for children: they must be supervised to prevent them from getting hurt, especially in the outdoor open spaces, which have dangerous areas for them. It is forbidden in the Villa to smoke, except outdoors and in any case, be careful to turn off the buttone and throw it in the dry bin. It is necessary to do the recycling and do not throw anything in the toilets, nor oil in the kitchen drains.
