Guests have exclusive access to the entire upper and lower area of the villa, which includes the private heated pool with solarium and integrated gym and relaxation area, a second outdoor patio with dining table and convenient covered private parking. The entire lower floor is reserved for guests, there is a fitness area for exclusive use, perfect for keeping active even on holiday. Guests can freely enjoy all the spaces designed for relaxation, well-being and outdoor life, in maximum privacy and tranquility. Guest access You will enjoy absolute privacy: the Villa is completely fenced and accessible via a private paved road, with an entrance protected by an automated gate. Surrounding it is a majestic natural park, an authentic haven of peace and harmony. The property is spacious and surrounded by greenery, and our staff regularly takes care of maintenance with the utmost discretion, to always ensure an impeccable stay. Main distances • 35 km from the port and airport of Olbia. Other things to keep in mind To ensure a safe experience, unless monitored by parents or staff, the villa is not recommended for small children. Low pool fences designed to enhance the view, and some desert plants on site may not be suitable for the little ones. The Villa does not provide lifeguard service in the pool. We ask our guests to use water consciously, as there is currently no connection to the municipal water supply throughout the area. The villa has the well that during the summer season provides less water flow. The Villa does not have smoke detectors, so for safety reasons it is required to smoke outside, taking care not to throw the butts on the ground. It is forbidden to stay in the villa with more than 10 people. Pets may be allowed, in agreement with the property. The villa has safety deposit boxes, but the property assumes no responsibility for any theft, so we ask that you do not leave valuables unattended. •Dedicated personal On the lower floor, with separate access, there are trusted staff in charge of the daily maintenance of the villa and the pool, in full respect of the privacy of the guests. •Presence of animals on the property Cats roam the property. The property is large and surrounded by greenery, and our staff periodically takes care of maintenance with the utmost discretion, to always ensure an impeccable stay. Guests are advised to travel by car/motorcycle. The villa is surrounded by nature about a kilometer from Cannigione, a charming town on the sea of the Gulf of Arzachena. Its strategic location allows you to move easily to reach the major tourist, naturalistic and archaeological sites of Gallura, including the magnificent Islands of the Natural Park of the archipelago of La Maddalena. A ten-minute drive will take you to the beautiful and large beach of "Mannena" or the "Barca Bruciata pools". In 15 minutes you can reach Palau. In 20 minutes by car, Porto Cervo. The access road to the Villa is uphill, (the property is located on the hill and overlooks the Gulf of Arzachena), but it is paved. The villa is about 35 minutes from the airport and the port of Olbia. Other things to note Check-in For check-in, scheduled from 5:00 p.m., unless otherwise agreed with the owner, you will be asked for the arrival time and you will be shown the exact location to reach with the navigator. It is usually possible to store your luggage until the cleaning is completed. Our staff will be present upon your arrival to hand over the Villa and give you all the information and advice you need in order to make everything easier for you. AUTONOMOUS MEANS of TRANSPORT We recommend an independent means of transport (car or motorcycle) to be able to move freely and easily in the area. The property is available to provide you with any information on taxi or rental services, or for round-trip services from the airport. Wi-Fi WiFi is via satellite at 30 mb/s. In high season, if there is a lot of tourist traffic, it may be slowed down. Request for single beds Normally, the beds are set up as double beds, unless requested in advance. All beds are equipped with special Dorelan Premier Class and Incanto R2 series mattresses, length 195, DualCore springs and offer dynamic and responsive support, adapting to body movements for balanced comfort during sleep. The comfort of each double bed is enhanced by a Pillor top topper designed with 400 interconnected springs for solid and durable support. All beds are provided with pure cotton sheets and soft blankets. Each guest has a set of towels (small, medium and large plus pool towel). SWIMMING POOL The pool heating is in operation in spring and autumn, compatible with the existing weather conditions. The water temperature is about 28/30 degrees. It is forbidden to dive into the pool as the minimum height is 1.40. There is no lifeguard. COOLING AND HEATING All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with a cooling and heating system. CHILDREN To ensure a safe experience, the villa is not recommended for children unless they are monitored by parents or staff. Low fences designed to enhance the view, and some desert plants on site may not be suitable for the little ones. The Villa does not provide a lifeguard service in the pool. RECOMMENDATIONS WATER We ask our guests to use water consciously, as there is currently no connection to the municipal water network throughout the area. The villa has a well that provides less water flow during the summer season. Dining table There are two dining tables: one on the veranda and one, the Calligaris design Twins table with up to 10 comfortable seats, in the indoor living room. To move it, it is recommended to contact the property, and it is absolutely forbidden to proceed independently, so as not to break it, being very delicate and precious. SMOKING The Villa does not have smoke detectors, so for safety it is required to smoke outside, taking care not to throw the butts on the ground. It is forbidden to stay in the villa with more than 10 people. Pets may be allowed, in agreement with the property. WASTE SORTING Separate collection must be carried out and nothing should be thrown into the toilets, nor oil into the kitchen drains. CATS There are cats in the Villa, and guests are asked not to let them into the house or feed them near the house (other guests may not like their presence). EXTERNAL PROTECTIONS To deter wild boars from approaching the Villa during the night, a low-voltage electric wire is active at night along the outer perimeter of the Villa's garden, so be careful if you want to go into the farthest areas of the villa itself. VALUABLES The property disclaims liability for theft in the Villa, including items placed in the safes of the rooms, and recommends, although no theft has ever occurred, the utmost caution in storing valuables.
