Delightful coastal house 15 mins walk from beach

This unique cottage is truly a gem. Beautiful, unusual, elegant - parts of it date back 1000 years, so it’s full of Cornish character and charm. It's in a fantastic small village location with pub, set in green fields and incredible beaches to one side and the amenities of Newquay accessible on the other. It is tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The cottage is tranquil and delightful. And you can walk to the beach in under 15 minutes - You'll love it! The space It's a very unusual and delightful property situated in a small quiet village close to Newquay's amazing beaches. It is spread across a number of levels and combines a traditional cosy Cornish cottage with a modern light and airy building. It has lovely light filled bedrooms and easy socialising areas both inside and out. It is perfect in the summer and really comfortable and warm in the winter. It is our main home rather than a purpose built holiday let and therefore contains many items to make your stay comfortable including a new vspring mattress in the main bedroom (its so comfortable); great quality bed linen; lots of kitchen equipment; great crockery and cutlery; books; artifacts; music systems and even vinyl to play! We do allow pets on request but only well behaved ones! So we don’t allow pets in the upstairs space and definitely not on the furniture. But please tell us a bit about your pet and we can let you know if it’s suitable. Guest access You will have use of the entire house and garden. Other things to note It's a unique place as it is in a quiet village with access to coast and countryside whilst being close to a busy Cornish surfing town with lots of shops, restaurants and nightlife. It is worth noting that part of the cottage is approximately 1000 years old and therefore reflects the buildings of this time. For example the kitchen has thick granite walls and low wooden beams. It also has 3 steep slate steps from the kitchen and quite a narrow corridor leading to the sitting room. The outside space (as shown in the photos) at the bottom level is pebbled with slate steps leading to wooden decking and top living space.
