Welcome to our exquisite, private, brand new 2-bedroom legal basement suite. This space takes comfort and contemporary style to the next level. It can sleep up to 4 guests, and features lusher furnishings and finishes. You are only 2km walk to the South Health Campus, Seton Library, YMCA, Real Canadian Superstore, Cineplex Cinema, banks and lots of fast food outlets. There is also an amazing playground for all ages (barely 3 minutes walk) for relaxation & fun. The kids would love this! 😊 The space This is a perfect getaway for you and your friends and family. Guests enjoy complimentary breakfast materials. Our 2-bedroom suite includes a queen and a double size platform beds respectively, with a closet in each room. The living room includes plusher furnishings, cozy enough to unwind, have a good read, or watch your favorite show from our 50-inch smart TV. Our kitchen is fully stocked with meal prep essentials you'll need to whip up a nice meal! Guest access To add to our guests' unique and authentic experience, we have created an exciting Airbnb guidebook for you so that you can experience the best that the city has to offer. Check this out on our profile page. This guidebook would also automatically appear on your Trips tab when booking is confirmed. Self check-in is provided through a private side entrance with a combination lock. Separate thermostat installed in the basement for more control. Access to own full laundry, toilet and kitchen. Lots of free street parking near our property. Free high speed internet. Other things to note The house is newly built and installed with the highest grade of insulated material to reduce noise to the barest minimum. We are unable to host both service animals and emotional support animals due to allergies. We have an applicable exemption from Airbnb.
