The space The open-plan living space is the perfect place, for the family & the dog to gather in the morning. The living room window, frames the beautiful sea views. As you walk in there’s a Small Inglenook stone fireplace with Two, two seater sofas and tv for cosy nights in. Leading onto a newly fitted compact kitchen with all the essentials, including dishwasher and washing machine. The dinning table that seats four leads onto a spacious patio area over a Two-tier private yard, with garden furniture and BBQ, allowing you to relax and take in the scenic sea views. (Lower tier fenced and gated for dogs. Second tier has a private patio with a lower wall for sea views.) First floor has a master bedroom with sea view from a king size bed. Across a small landing is a spacious bathroom, with a walk in shower and rolled top freestanding bath for those long soaks. Second floor is a large attic room, with a double bed and two single beds, leaving guest the options to choose, with sea views right across the bay. (Narrow stairs to upper level).
