You can do anything on foot: -The center is a 5-min walk: bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser, newsstand, convenience store, cinema, cafes, restaurants, post office, tennis club, bike rental, "Grand Bazar" and market (Wednesday and Saturday). From the house, you can also reach Pornic by the coastal path on foot or by bike. The space The house is bright, southwest facing on a secluded enclosed garden. It consists of 2 wings separated by the living room - Living room with TV with direct access to the garden. - Dining room with a table (built-in extension) for 8 people - Kitchen open to the living room - Laundry room with washing machine and additional refrigerator if necessary WING 1 - Bedroom 1 with desk, dresser and 2 beds (90 X 190) overlooking the front garden of the house -Bedroom 2 with 2 beds in 90 x 190 and a closet/wardrobe overlooking the enclosed garden - WC -Bathroom with large shower and closet WING 2 - Bedroom 3 with 160 X 200 double bed with closet - Bedroom 4 overlooking the front garden with 2 90 X 190 beds with closet - WC - Shower room Children's games and books available Bedding, duvets and pillows (50 X70) are brand new.
