Located just a few miles outside of Homer, enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and outstanding view of Kachemak Bay. This is a brand new Home built summer of 2021, it is multi level. The top story is my home, and the entire lower part is your space. It is set up to be its own fully furnished living quarters. When I'm around Ill be happy to help you with any questions other wise I give my guest their space. The space The apartment is located below my home. We had this house built with the idea of renting out our lower lever so we made sure to have extra insulation in the floors so you can barely here us upstairs. There are 2 full bedrooms both with queen beds and full closet spaces. There is bathroom that is full set up along with a fully stocked kitchen, there is a living room space complete with a tv. Guest access The door to your space is located under the deck off the front of the house. The door will be unlocked for you and a key will be provided so you can lock it as you come and go. Other things to note We have 2 young dogs. Trigger is a black lab who still thinks he’s tinny (he’s not). He is very friendly and thinks by anyone he meets is his new best friend. Kita is a corgi/blue heeler mix. She is also very friendly, she loves belly rubs. Also she dose like to boss trigger around a bit. He dosent mind tho he just thinks she’s playing. If you aren’t a fan of dogs we will keep them inside anytime you are out side, but If you do like dogs feel free to love on them they always seem to think they are starved for attention. We just ask that you please don’t feel them anything as they both have sensitive stomachs.
