Cosy, stylish flat in Reykjavík city center

Enjoy a local Reykjavík experience in my stylish, bright and cosy apartment, located in the absolute heart of Reykjavík city centre. My apartment is within walking distance of literally all the best things Reykjavík city has to offer, including Hallgrímskirkja, Sundhöllin (a local, beloved swimming pool) and Laugavegur, the main shopping street is only seconds away by foot. The street has free parking outside as well. Feel free to message me with any inquiries! The space The space includes: Bedroom: The bedroom is big, bright and cozy. The bed is new and comfy, the size of it is 200x160. The room has a big chest of drawers and a clothing rack with hangers as well. There is a big fan in the room as well, for hotter nights. Kitchen: The kitchen is neat and cozy with a dining area for two. In there you have all the essential cooking equipment and utensils you might need, along with a dishwasher, stove and oven. Living room: The living room is bright and roomy, with a big comfy sofa and a 65” smart television with access to my Netflix account and other popular streaming services. You also have a reading space in there with a nice lounge chair. Bathroom: The bathroom is rather small but has a nice roomy shower. There’s a hair dryer, along with some bath towels and hand towels. Washing machine and dryer: The washing machine and dryer are located in the basement in a shared laundry room. **There are two other apartments in my building and their residents share that laundry room with me, but each resident of the building has their own machines, so you will be using mine. On top of my machine there’s a laundry detergent bottle.
