Private pool is Self cleaning pool therefore there is no vacuum hose in pool getting in the way of swimming. High Speed WiFi (Plan selected is 500 Mbps) Guest access Guest has access to the entire home except the garage. Other things to note HEATED POOL is OPTIONAL! Pool is heated per request at an additional charge per night. Pool can be COOLED during the summer as well per request. Message about the additional charge as it varies throughout the year. It takes at least up to 24-48 hours to heat the pool to comfortable water temperature (80-85 degrees). Keep in mind if outdoor temperature drops below 50 degrees the pool temperature may go under 80 degrees. Need at least 24-48 hour notice. This option requires at least a 4 night stay. Pool only needs to be heated from November to March. There is no fence around the swimming pool and no lifeguard on duty. Home is not recommended for kids under 12. Swim at your own risk. Pool depth ranges from 4-5 feet. Please don't jump or dive into the pool. Cactuses and other plants with thorns are located around the house. Be cautious.
