The space Just a brief stroll away from the elevator, you'll find this delightful 4th floor condo that is bound to exceed your expectations. Recently updated with a touch of elegance and a comfortably neutral color scheme, we're confident that you'll immediately feel a sense of belonging. Step into a space that has been meticulously designed to ensure your comfort. The inviting atmosphere is enhanced by the subtle yet stylish updates that adorn every corner. A tasteful touch of class infuses every detail, making this condo a welcoming retreat. Guest access Parking for this property is limited to one vehicle per rental. The parking lot is an open area with no designated spaces. If you plan to bring a trailer for events, please note that trailers are restricted to a maximum length of 16 feet. As you utilize the parking lot, we kindly request that you respect the surroundings by refraining from discarding trash or other items from your vehicle. Given the limited size of the parking lot and the presence of fellow vacationers, your consideration is greatly appreciated. For your convenience, there is a drop-off area located near the front doors of the complex. Guests are welcome to use the provided carts, conveniently stationed just inside the entrance, to transport their belongings to the condo. Following unloading, kindly return the cart to the front area for the benefit of other guests. Nestled within the heart of Daytona Beach Shores, you'll find a range of amenities in the vicinity. To cater to your grocery needs, a Winn Dixie store is located just north of the resort. Additionally, a 7-11 is within walking distance, offering easy access for any immediate requirements. A variety of restaurants are scattered around the resort, providing you with diverse dining options during your stay. Should you wish to explore the area, right across the street from the complex is Boogie Down Golf Carts & Bicycles. Here, you have the option to rent golf carts and beach cruiser-style bicycles. However, please note that this business is separate from ours, and we do not offer any discounts in connection with their services. Other things to note Within the resort, you'll find the convenience of an onsite laundry room located on the first floor. This amenity is available for all guests to use during their stay. To ensure the comfort of all guests, please be aware that pest control is scheduled every Wednesday. This is a mandatory service, and access to your condo is required for this purpose.
