Les Marronniers pool and hot tub 4-5 people

You will stay in our Les Roches cottage, which is our first accommodation on our Les Marronniers estate. This cottage is fully equipped for a holiday with family or friends. You will have access to the pool from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and the hot tub from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (open at certain times). Hot tub by reservation. You will share the garden and pool with us. The space On the ground floor you will find a living room open to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. A bathroom with toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (extra single bed on request). The rooms are under roofs with skylights and blackout blinds. We don't have baby equipment, so remember to bring your own. Guest access You will have free access to the garden in front of the accommodation (the rear part is private for personal use). The pool is unheated and salt-treated, it is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. from May 15 to September 15. The jacuzzi from April 1 to October 31 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. by reservation for a one-hour session (prohibited for children under 16, 6 people maximum). All exteriors are shared with other guests and ourselves. A laundry room with washing machine is available from 4 nights only. Other things to note This is a quiet and relaxing place, which is why we do not accept events or parties. (no parties, no excessive music) If, however, you wish to visit us for a special event, explain the reason for your stay to us in order to better organize the rental and to explain the property's house rules to you so that there are no surprises. We offer to serve you breakfast in the form of a gourmet basket at your accommodation. Just ask us when you book. Breakfast price of €10 for adults and €8 for children up to 12 years old to be paid before arrival.
