The space Our building is located between the friendly community of Surfside and the small beach town of Brasilito. Potrero Sunset Condos has a total of 9 private beachfront units with a mix of full-time and part-time residents, and features a shared pool with loungers and intimate common area. Upon driving through the security gate, park your vehicle in one of the free parking spots and make your way over to our condo - the middle ground floor unit. You can choose to enter from the front door, or directly from the beachside through the large sliding glass doors at the back! When entering from the back, you'll walk to the second hedge through the semi-private patio with a small dining area, and propane BBQ before entering the main area of our home. The open-concept area includes a combination of dining, living room and kitchen. The dining area has a 6-person table and seating for family meals, and living room area has a full sized sofa bed for overflow sleeping and watching shows on the 70" Smart TV. The bright airy kitchen has a stainless steel dishwasher, fridge, microwave and stove, granite countertops and breakfast bar for your convenience. It is equipped with all of the main appliances and utensils you'll need to enjoy your stay with us. The master bedroom features a queen sized bed with built-in drawers, a closet, security safe, designated office desk with dual-monitors, and its own en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a four-person bunk bed with storage, closet, a ladder desk, and its own security safe. The second full bathroom doubles as a powder room for the main area of the condo. Our laundry room boasts a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience along with extra bath towels and beach towels. Our home includes free internet access at 200 Mbps for work and play, and an armed security system for added safety.
