The accommodation tax is already INCLUDED in the price😉🤗 The space La Loggetta su Tavolara is a comfortable three-room apartment, equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and heating, it has two bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a living room area and an enchanting balcony that allows you to admire the wonderful island of Tavolara. The two bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 5 beds consisting of: - A double bed (Bedroom with en-suite bathroom) - A bunk bed consisting of a double bed at the base and a single bed on top. In both rooms there are spacious sliding door cabinets with internal drawers. The apartment offers a finely selected and quality linen service for rent on request. At the entrance, you will immediately find the living room corner with a comfortable sofa (if necessary, it can be transformed into a double bed in order to obtain two more beds) and a 40" TV, a table with 4 chairs and a spacious kitchen already equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare excellent meals. You will find: - Gas cooktop - Microwave - Coffee machine (Nespresso capsules) - Fridge with freezer -Dishwasher The accommodation, as already written, has two bathrooms, one service bathroom and one full bathroom. -The full bathroom consists of a sink, toilet, bidet and shower. -The bathroom in the service room consists of a sink and toilet. A linen rental service is also available for the bathroom. The beautiful balcony, which gives the property its name, is ideal for eating with loved ones in the open air as well as for admiring the beautiful view of Tavolara that is colored at sunrise and sunset; on the balcony there is also a small laundry room equipped with everything you need. We want to guarantee our customers the best service, trusting that they have the utmost respect and care in the use of every asset of the house at their disposal. Guest access The apartment will be at your complete disposal. At the entrance to the property, before the stairs to reach the entrance, you will find both a very convenient parking space on the road in front of the accommodation and a private parking space inside the property. There is also a tap to rinse your feet from the sand before entering the house.
