This 5 bedroom and 2 levels of living space offers plenty of privacy and together time. The deck and yard space is another reason to fall in love with this beautiful home. The space The house is roomy enough to share with two families. The house has two living rooms and well as a full kitchen and also small kitchen area downstairs as well! The house also has a large back deck and the secluded yard provides privacy and plenty of space for the whole family. The house comfortably sleeps 11 people across 5 bedrooms. The house also has a large outdoor shower, convenient for all those beach days spent at the beach! PET POLICY Pets are NOT ALLOWED SMOKING To keep the safety of the guests in mind, there is NO SMOKING ALLOWED on the property. If a guest must smoke, they are asked to to smoke 25 feet from the house. Please dispose of your cigarette properly at all times. Other things to note The wifi and house rules are listed on the fridge. Please read. We ask that at the end of your stay that all dishes are cleaned and put away . Also the dishwasher needs to be emptied of all clean dishes as well. IF you rented any linens we ask that you please strip all beds of linens that were used and dirty towels all be placed in upstairs shower.. Greatly appreciated!
