Everyone in the neighborhood has lake access so most have an outdoor demeanor and a pretty relaxed vibe. Or it could be the two neighborhood watering holes that flank this property. 4 blocks north is O'berg's, a traditional rural WI bar. To the south, just under 10 blocks away is the Club House. We usually walk the beach to the Club House 10-15 minutes depending on if you find something interesting on your walk.. We have easy access to to the Interstate but we are secluded. Quick commute to Janesville (15min) or Madison (30min) Rockford and Milwaukee Space can be rented by the room(2 Private rooms (1 to 3 people)) or if group is 6-8 the whole apartment can by reserved. There is a mooring line off the beach that you can use to keep your boat overnight if you don't want to pull it out each night. This is first come first serve so please let me know if you want the mooring when you book.
