Situated within the key business districts of Uptown Dallas, you'll experience a seamless commute with easy access to North Central Expressway/US 75 and Interstate 30. Your stay is meticulously crafted for both relaxation and convenience. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: No smoking of any kind is permitted in the house. There will be mandatory penalty fee of $100 for the removal of any smoke detectors No parties or events. No weapons or firearms are permitted please do not use white towels for makeup, it stains towels. Black hand towels and Makeup removal items will be provided.
