Privacy: an upper floor outside private entrance Amenities: a very fast and strong WiFi Extra clean: common surfaces sanitization Convenience: close to everything that Alderwood Mall has to offer, including bakeries, cafes, pubs, shopping, parks and grocery stores The space One bedroom guest suite on the upper level of a two stories building with it own living space, bathroom (bathtub and toilet and sink) and entrance. The bedroom has a queen bed, sink and 50 inches smart TV. The living room has a queen bed, sink, refrigerator and microwave. Please note: the place has no kitchen. Guest access The place is in a multiple Airbnb listings building. You will have full access to the entire place through a private entrance door. You also have additional access to the back-yard. If you stay more than 3 days, you can access to a shared laundry room in a building nearby. Please ask for access code and instructions if you need to use the shared laundry room. The access code will be provided before the check in time. Other things to note Is your group larger than this home will accommodate? We can host up to *40* guests across our portfolio with all homes located within the same block.
