IL CASTAGNO: a break between lake and mountain

CASA BERNACC is a stone house with 3 apartments overlooking Lake Como like a balcony with independent entrances, garden with manicured lawn, covered barbecue with tables and benches, common area with swings. Surrounded by greenery, in a quiet location, close to the woods, ideal for walking, relaxing, contemplating the view. The apartment IL CASTAGNO has a kitchen-living room, large balcony ideal for outdoor dining, with table and deck chairs, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The space The apartment "Il Castagno" is located on one floor (second floor). The living area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, American coffee machine, LCD satellite TV, sofa bed that can be used for two additional beds. On the balcony, overlooking the lake, partially covered, ideal for meals, there is a table with chairs, deck chairs and an umbrella. The bedroom has a skylight with shutter, the bedroom overlooks the garden at the back of the house. Guest access The property has a common space with swings for the little ones and, on the ground floor, a room that can be used as a mountain bike storage room. A crib and high chair are available upon request. Other things to note Dogs are welcome at a cost of 30 euros per stay. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cats in the house because we are allergic to them.
