Perfectly located between the penninsula's three-mile stretch of white sand beach and the scenic Newport Bay, relaxation and recreation are right outside the front door. Our street is a rare gem--a quiet, idyllic lane lined with charming local residences, tucked away from the busy boulevard. Newly renovated in 2022, this spacious yet cozy cottage is perfect for families or couples looking to vacation or work remotely by the sea. The space Our beach house is the ideal space for families, muiltiple small families, friends, or couples to gather. With two king suites, two queen rooms, and two queen sofa beds, there are lots of options for creating your ideal rooming arrangements for parents, grandparents, children, groups of friends, couples traveling together, or couples looking for a private escape. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in the home. Upon entry, you'll find a sunfilled great room featuring a cozy gas fireplace, large dining table, open counter seating, and spacious kitchen. The main floor features a junior suite with a king-size bed and it's own ensuite bathroom. In the living room, the comfy sectional couch features a queen size fold out bed with a memory foam mattress. The second floor offers an oversized primary suite with a king bed, private patio with floor-to-ceiling glass doors, desk and work area, a sleeper sofa with a new queen-size mattress, walk-in closet, and spacious 5-peice bathroom complete with a deep soaking tub. The second floor also features two guest bedrooms, each with queen-size beds, desks for remote work or school, and closets. A full bathroom accessible from the hallway completes the second floor. Other things to note Due to the regulations of the City of Newport Beach, WE CANNOT RENT TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25. You may be asked to provide identification, and your rental may be cancelled without refund if you are found to be in violation of this city law. Unfortunately, this is out of our hands and we are unable to make exceptions. This is a family home and not a place for parties or boisterous behaviour. The City of Newport Beach requires that we record the license plates of any vehicles used by our guests. We will be asking for the license plates of your personal vehicles or rental cars upon your arrival. If you know if ahead of time, please feel free to send it to us with your reservation.
