Very easy transportation to go downtown and to Gardermoen airport. Grocery shops,cafe,restaurent are in walking distance. There are 3 bed rooms and 2 bath rooms in this apartment so guest will not have to compromise for bath. Common areas are available for guest facilities. Note that only 1 room is for rent as another 2 is used by my son and wife. The space New building built in 2020. It is more like quiet residential area. There are no clubs or any events happening here around. Room is provided with new wardrobe and bed which can be used by 1 or 2 guests. Room has heating system for winter and floor is wooden. Also we have installed smart LED light which can be used is different intensity. Guest access Guest are allowed to access their room and common area like living room, kitchen, balcony, bathroom.
