McFitz Ranch House is fully remodeled and available. Its a 3000 sqft 4 bedroom 3 bathroom w/ two master suites, and game room on 5 acres of beautiful horse property. Close to many attractions such as several wineries, brewery, the Sonoita rodeo grounds, Parker Canyon and Patagonia Lake, La Cienega Preserve and more. This location is ideal for Wedding Parties, Wine vacations, Rodeo, Kentucky Derby Fans, bird watching the Santa Cruz County Fair, hunting seasons or family weekends to the lake The space Enjoy the beautiful country that surrounds the ranch with mountain views in every direction. Yet this property is close to so many local attractions in its convenient location. We have added many home furnishings since taking the initial photos including blinds throughout. The property is fully furnished and ready for rent. This place is great for large groups with plenty of space to roam. We are very flexible to accommodate our guests. The back patio is set up with an outdoor cooking space with a large gas grill cooking station, cooking griddle and counter space. We have also added a shuffle board table in the game room. Also comes with full laundry access to washer and dryer. Guest access Our guests have access to everything except one shed and a small storage closet. Other things to note We do allow pets but there is a non refundable $200 pet fee. That fee is paid additional after booking. It will be a separate fee. Failure to notify us that you will be bringing a pet will result in loss of deposit. It can be paid through resolution center or directly to owners. We have a game room With shuffleboard and foosball table. Also large patio area with large gas grill.
