Have the convenience of your own washer and dryer and all the amenities of home. The Escape is perfect for visiting or an extended stay. There are a flight of stairs to walk up. The downtown escape is located in the beautiful small town of Annandale. The apartment is up a flight of stairs. With an open kitchen, dining, and living room area. The bedrooms are roomy and the bathroom has a tub, shower, and washer & dryer. You will park your car behind the building (through the alley). Enter the door to the right and walk up the stairs to your private, clean, no-frills downtown apartment. Guest's will have access to the entire upstairs apartment. We are available by phone during your stay. Enjoy the heart of Annandale with this conveniently located downtown apartment. The Downtown apartment is located above a local business. Take a walk down to Pleasant Lake, the beach, and the park. Restaurants, bars, shops, and a gym are all in a short walking distance. Take a stroll to check out downtown Annandale and all this cute Hallmark town has to offer. It is easy to get around the small town of Annandale by foot. Or grab the car to head out of town to check out the many area lakes or parks. Annandale is only a 15-25 minute drive to Buffalo, Monticello, and Saint Cloud Minnesota. And only 1hour into Minneapolis and the airport by car. Please note there are no Uber's available in Annandale. You will have to walk up a flight of stairs. Park at the back of the building (through the alley). The door on the right is to the apartment. Once inside the door there are steps that go up to the apartment. Please park in front of your space to ensure you don't block any of the other business's parking (if you have multiple vehicles please double park). Maximum 2 vehicles. There is just enough supplies like trash bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. to get you started. These are not refilled during your stay.
