Everything else is for exclusive use of the unit’s guests. Other things to note House Rules & Guest Guidelines • Studio Setup: As in the photos, the “2 beds” means one comfy double bed + sofa extra mattress for extra guests —all yours, no sharing! • Quiet Neighborhood: We live in a friendly residential colony, so please keep it chill and don’t disturb neighbors. • Parking: Random parking = trouble 😅. Our staff will happily show you a safe spot—just ask! • Guest IDs: As per local authorities, we need valid IDs for all guests staying. Please have them handy at check-in. • Traveler-Friendly Stay: We love travelers, but illegal stuff (parties, drugs, prostitution) is a strict no-no.
